Michelle Crowe Ritter’s 18-year career of providing strong direction, expert advice, and general counseling within large and small corporate environments is highlighted by a personal dedication to maximizing organizational efficiency and empowering others to succeed.
Michelle currently owns e-worc web design and sales consulting firm in Mobile, Alabama where she designs informational web sites with a focus on Search Engine Marketing and Optimization. She also teaches a series of Success Seminars at Mobile Technical Institute with a focus on Relationship Selling, Leadership and Verbal and Written communication.
In her years on the Gulf Coast, her natural problem solving ability has proven invaluable as she expertly analyzes corporate structure and information to assess training needs within the organization.
While with Newport Television, Clear Channel Communications, and Calendar Broadcasting, Michelle developed sales training specifically focused on intangible products and created and coordinated events still active in the market. She has worked with NBC-15, UTV-44, WBLX/AM-FM, WDLT/AM-FM and Target Marketing managing marketing campaigns utilizing print, radio broadcast, television broadcast, cable, outdoor, web marketing, event marketing and cause marketing.
She has served as a sales manager, marketing director, account manager, research director and as a key executive in these organizations which included additional responsibility for media relations, advertising, branding, and internal and external communications. In addition, she successfully grew new areas around her top-producing teams as well as being the corporate liaison for the Employee Activity Committee.
Routinely called upon to speak as a guest lecturer, Michelle is recognized as an expert in matters relating to relationship selling and employee communication. Throughout her career, she has focused her efforts on applying her broad-view approach to business, fulfilling the primary, urgent sales needs of the corporation. During highly stressful situations within her corporate experience, Michelle remains a firm, clear, and consistent force. The vast, influential relationships she has built over the years strengthen her solid reputation among her colleagues.
